Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the craftsmanship in our premium luggage collections.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or monogrammed items (such as custom Gabbiano handbags)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Used or damaged items not in original condition
Easy Return Process

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Process
